WeDo Scotland Covid19 SME Business Award Nomination

We are thrilled to have been nominated by our friends at HR Booth for the Best Employer Award in the WeDo Scotland Covid-19 SME Business Awards for our impact during the pandemic. We wanted to play our part to help our clients and the wider community and that’s why we offered a complimentary webinar series on enabling digital learning, as well as online learning tools related to Covid-19 Preparedness.

Making a Positive Impact

We have also worked hard to maintain stability for our employees and supply employers support throughout Covid 19 and this difficult period. We moved seamlessly and quickly to remote working, including flexible working hours, and focussed on maintaining a positive culture. Our Covid 19 Support has included regular check-ins, team mental health sessions and there has been regular communication from our MD Wendy Edie with her weekly “Welcome Words”.

This has been an unprecedented time around the world with many unknowns and we are thankful our work has made a positive impact. Being recognised for this WeDo Scotland SME Business award has really made us feel proud and humbled.
