Procuring training for learning and development services
Fife Council has established the Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of training and development since learning & development is critical to ensure their workforce has the opportunity to train and develop their current knowledge along with the ability to work towards/continue with any work-related qualifications.
Fife Council will procure any training via this DPS, with the framework helping to simplify and speed up the procurement of training and development services.
eCom already works with a number of public sector organisations on content development, including the NHS, SEPA, and Children’s Hearings Scotland.
eCom’s Learning Technology Consultant, Emma Dickson, said “We are so pleased to have been accepted onto the Fife Dynamic Purchase System Framework Framework and look forward to the opportunities this will present to work with Fife Council and assist them with their learning and development needs.”
