The Challenge
The AO needed to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly online assessments for their apprenticeships. They required a system that would enable them to manage both the questions and exams themselves, as well as ensuring accessibility and responsiveness for candidates. The ability to provide real-time results for multiple-choice questions (MCQs) was also crucial to support their digital-only approach and adhere to industry standards. Additionally, they envisioned expanding the question types to include essay-style questions over time.
