Procurement of training for Scotland’s public bodies
A number of councils and public bodies have been instrumental in setting up this new procurement framework, including The City of Edinburgh Council, Midlothian Council, West Lothian Council, East Lothian Council, Fife Council, Scottish Borders Council, and the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.
The Open Framework Agreement will help to simplify and speed up the procurement of development and training services for Scotland’s public bodies.
Addressing learning and development challenges
eCom already works with a number of public sector organizations on content development, including the NHS, SEPA and Children’s Hearings Scotland. We are looking forward to helping others address their learning and development challenges.
